What is your actual offer?

Out of 20 years on the market our priority is making people click in unforgettable ways. And when we say click it means with each other, with topics and with new goals. Therefore we do leadership trainings, transformation and workshop design as well as experience design for conferences, events and other occasions.

What is the typical budget a workshop, training, project?

What is the price of a car would? be a comparable question to outline, that this is always a matter of deeper investigation, of what our client really needs. It happened, that someone requested a Communication training, but our research shed light on a deep need of conflict resolution and leadership 1:1 coaching.
We are always happy, to offer thoroughly thought-through concepts as a start of a package, where you can decide, which building blocks are most alive for you at that certain point.

For what organisation and group sizes your services fit?

As our objective is communication, relation-ability and creative confidence, we are not to a certain size or industry. We have been running presentation trainings with 10 people, strategy workshops with 50 people or annual goal alignement with 120 people and even the Human Connection Lab with more than 350 at once. Our interaction design methods integrate solo exercises, 1:1, small and large group interventions.

What is the best length for a workshop?

Again: What is the best size for a car? It all depends to the needs and the ressources. We strictly look through the lense of the Design Thinking inspired trinity of people-place-process and can inform you once we are informed, what appears to be the best choice, curation and assembly.

Do you work internationally?

We indeed work globally. Originating from Germany Europe, we certainly have a strong focus on DACH-region, which is included in the wider spand of EMEA, where we grow our expertise in. GCC and Africa are of increasing interest for our operations, yet we will stay faithful with Europe. So far, our offered format languages are English and German.
